About Guardian of the Guided

I am Cassandra Rae Lawson-Vale.

I am a Metaphysician.

I perceive more than what meets the eye. I watch the patterns. I listen to the messages.

To me, there is a precious balance between, "what does it mean?" and "it is what it is."

A Sacred understanding that every experience is a message.

Neither good nor bad.

Just an experience.

If the experience is uncomfortable, SEE the experience for what it is... A message. Hear the message properly, clear the resistance, and you cease the experience...

It works itself out.

I am a practicer and teacher of Shadow Work, which is the uncomfortable process of shifting your perception of reality so that you may experience a greater level of peace in your life.

This has always come very naturally to me and I don't know how to stop talking about it. Everything I do is encased in Shadow Work.

Once you start to see the world in this new perception, you can't unsee it.

And it's an absolute joy.

I am a channel, and I don't always get to decide what information I receive.

I open the portal and I witness what comes through.

Energy observed changes its behavior.

Often Energy acts up because it's been stifled and ignored over and over again.

All it wants is to truly be seen.

So I see it.

And in this way the Energy becomes calm again.

If this sounds like magic to you.

Well, it feels like magic, too.

It feels like working WITH the Universe.

It feels like being in flow.

It feels like truly understanding.

Not blind faith.

But embodied knowing.

Come hang out with me.

Keep an open mind and let me speak of nonsensical things and let us see how our perceptions mingle.

Reviews from Happy Clients

Cassandra is SUCH a light, her healing is more than a gift…it’s a BLESSING! What started as a compassion circle for my inner child and parental relationship, turned into a compassion circle for my whole Ancestral line. After my session with Cass, I fully felt the pieces heal within and am beyond certain it ended with me that day. Cassandra held all the space in the world for me and I am forever grateful for her! -Vanessa
