Full Service Sessions always start with a Sacred heart to heart conversation to bring understanding.
From there every session is different. The solution may be mental, emotional, physical or energetic and the approach will be guided intuitively.
Sometimes past lives or Ancestors get brought in, or an original wound needs healed, or your energy is blocked and needs to be reprogrammed to allow flow, for some examples of my work.

An ionic footbath uses a small electrical current to produce charged ionic energy that promotes detoxification. It is said to assist with pain, clear skin, improve circulation, boost immunity, aid energy levels, and improve sleep, among many other benefits that come with detoxing. You will be able to see the effectiveness of the bath, as the water turns a dark color in response to whatever it is you are detoxing from.
